At Original Stocking, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, worn or used stockings cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or worn stockings.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at OriginalStocking@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
  4. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, please provide photographic evidence for review.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
